Using the bidding platform, what you need to know


      Here are a few things you need to know before attempting to place your first bid...

  • We DO NOT require you to have a credit card on file, if you have one on file delete the information before it expires, DO NOT try to enter a new card number.
  • Existing bidders:  The very first time you log in to the new platform you will be required to update your password
  • At the top of the page to the right you will see a drop down menu which is set by default to current auctions. Once the link is activated, If you are trying to view items before bidding starts, you must click on ALL or FUTURE auctions in the dropdown.
  • You can log in at any time once the link has been activated to update your information.  
  • Once the auction is over we send out  invoices for items you won, however it is the sole responsibilty of the bidder to verify whether you won any items in the auction whether you receive an invoice or not, to verify log into your account and click on invoices, if you are still not sure contact us by email or phone, do not wait to verify, give yourself plenty of time to pick up your items.  Failure to pick up within the specified time frame may affect your ability to participate in future auctions.
